One-time payment. No recurring fees. No per-subscriber or per-email charge. You pay the underlying SMTP provider directly (e.g. Amazon SES at USD 0.10 per 1,000 emails) and AcelleMail handles the marketing UI on top.

## What you do pay (outside AcelleMail)

- Your server (any Linux VPS — DigitalOcean / Hetzner / AWS EC2 etc., ~USD 5-50/mo depending on volume)
- Your SMTP transport — your choice of vendor. Typical rates:
  - Amazon SES: USD 0.10 / 1,000 emails
  - SendGrid: from USD 0 (free tier) — usage-based after
  - Mailgun: from USD 0 (free tier) — usage-based after
  - Postmark, SparkPost, Elastic Email, or any standards-compliant SMTP also supported
