Inspection Policy

AcelleMail is a digital software product. Inspection is performed through the free evaluation channels before purchase, and by verifying the product within 7 days of delivery completion (see Delivery Policy).

1. Pre-purchase inspection

  • Public demo — fully-featured sandbox, no signup, no credit card. Any data you enter is temporary and periodically reset. Outbound email delivery is stubbed to prevent spam.
  • Product documentation — feature details and plan limits on the pricing page; install and usage guides in the Knowledge Base.
  • Pre-sales questions — email admin@acellemail.com, use the contact form, or call +84 903 093 251 (8:00–18:00 Mon–Fri, Vietnam time).

2. Post-delivery inspection

Within 7 days of delivery completion, please verify:

  • You can sign in and access all features included in your plan (SaaS).
  • You can fully download the source code and activate the license key (perpetual license).
  • Key features behave as described on the pricing page.
  • Invoices (if requested) have been issued correctly.

Report any discrepancy from your order within the 7-day window via the Complaint Resolution Policy.

3. Money-back guarantee

  • SaaS subscription — 100% refund within 14 days of the first paid period if you are not satisfied. Does not apply to renewals. See Refund Policy.
  • Perpetual license (one-off) — not refundable after delivery, except in cases of supplier fault (see Refund Policy §3.2). We recommend evaluating thoroughly via the demo and product documentation before purchase.
